Three Rack Extensions for Reason inspired by our our popular Eurorack modules: Basimilus, Cursus Vereor, and Desmodus.

Basimilus: Basimilus is an analog-inspired parameterized drum synthesizer. Basimilus is based on the popular Eurorack module Basimilus Iteritas Alter. At its core, it's an easy-to-use six-oscillator additive synthesizer with morphing waveforms, harmonic spread, and a percussive envelope with adjustable attack and decay, as well as a noise oscillator. All 6 oscillators are summed and fed into an infinifolder for crunch and variety.

Desmodus: Desmodus is Noise Engineering’s take on reverb. This is a true stereo in/stereo out effect. Less of a room or hall simulator and more of a synthetic tail generator with features designed for sound creation and performance, the parameters on Desmodus allow you to change a clocked delay to into a beautiful reverb or an uncanny, nightmarish atmosphere with the change of a few parameters. Desmodus isn’t a reverb: it’s an instrument that’s designed to be played. 

Cursus Vereor: Cursus Vereor is a synthesizer that produces unique timbres by giving the user spectral-like controls to create a dynamically generated wavetable. Cursus Vereor has three oscillator modes based on different orthogonal conceptualizations of frequency: Fourier, which uses sine waves; Daubechies, using wavelets, and Walsh mode, using square waves. It has a musical tone structure and can produce an extremely wide variety of harmonic sounds.
